  • Leachable Chloride, Flouride, Silicate and Sodium Ions:
     Passed chemical requirements of C-795 (ASTM C-871)

Construction

SpeedWrap ES pipe insulation is made using silica aerogel infused into a high temperature matting. A durable outside covering of fiber reinforced silicone cloth provides structure. Velcro closure ensures quick and easy installation and easy removal/reinstallation if necessary.

Form

Pipe insulation to fit pipe as well as pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, valves, etc. Insulation for straight pipe is available in 3 foot sections (cut to length or install together for longer lengths. Insulation for fittings such as tees, valves, unions, etc. are available in insulation covers specific to each type of fitting.
